Referrals

A valid referral from your GP is required prior to consultation.

Fees and Payments

Consultation fees are payable on the day of your appointment.If surgery is planned, a detailed written quote will be provided before any commitment is made.

Surgery Deposits

A surgery deposit is required when confirming your surgery booking following your second consultation and completion of the cooling-off period.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change.Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment.Specific cancellation policies for consultations and surgery bookings will be provided at the time of booking.
